How to raise an issue

  1. Check the Troubleshooting page to see if the workaround is listed

  2. Contact your Lawmaker Super User for advice on your issue.

  3. If it looks like a genuine bug, and the Lawmaker Super User is unable to assist, raise a ticket on SMC (see Support and Lawmaker support portal for more information) capturing as much information as possible including screenshots, steps to recreate and expected vs actual outcomes.

Urgent issues can additionally be raised by phone on 0333 456 4786.

New users should be added via a service desk ticket as they will also need to be given a ServiceNow account.
