How to raise an issue

During the early transition period, follow these enhanced support steps to get assistance:

  1. Check the Troubleshooting page to see if the workaround is listed

  2. Contact your Lawmaker Super User for advice on your issue.

  3. If it is a drafting question, the Lawmaker Super User can contact Sarah for assistance.

  4. If it looks like a genuine bug, and the Lawmaker Super User is unable to assist, send an email to Lawmaker.Support@SMC.Leidos.com capturing as much information as possible including screenshots, steps to recreate and expected vs actual outcomes.

Urgent issues can additionally be raised by phone on 0333 456 4786.

Sarah’s hours are 9am - 5pm but with advance notice, she can be contactable during late sittings.

New users should be added via a service desk ticket as they will also need to be given a ServiceNow account.
