Apostrophes and quote marks inserted through input fields (e.g,. Signature block, Document title) are straight, not curly
Issue description
Ordinarily, when you type an apostrophe or quotation marks in Lawmaker, they will be ‘curly’, which is the correct form for legislation.
However, for some parts of a document drafted in Lawmaker, you need to (or are able to) insert text through an input field. For example:
To add/edit text in a Signature, you must do so through the signature block (Managing Signatures).
You can use find/replace from the right-hand panel (Using find and replace).
If the text inserted this way includes an apostrophe or quotation marks, then by default, the style used for these will be straight, not curly. See the screenshots below.

Word with an incorrect straight apostrophe

Word with correct curly apostrophe
This will cause problems at registration, as curly apostrophes/quotes are required.
Workaround
There are two ways to get around this issue.
Copy-and-paste curly apostrophe/quotes
Do the following:
Elsewhere in your Lawmaker document, type an apostrophe/quotation mark.
Select the apostrophe/quotation mark and cut it using Ctrl+X.
Go to the input field where you need to insert the apostrophe/quotation mark.
Paste it in the correct location using Ctrl+V.
The text inserted should have the correct apostrophe/quotation mark.
Use the manual entry keyboard shortcut
Do the following:
Go to the input field where you need to insert your quotation mark/apostrophe.
Turn on Num Lock (on your keyboard)
Input the relevant one of the following (pressing the numbers in order):
Hold Alt + 0 1 4 7 for “
Hold Alt + 0 1 4 8 for ”
Hold Alt + 0 1 4 5 for ‘
Hold Alt + 0 1 4 6 for ’
This will type the correct curly form of the relevant character. (Note that it will look subtly different in the Editor, but in the PDF will look identical to the desired form.)
