There are two lists back-to-back when there should only be a single list containing multiple items. To fix, cut and paste all the items into one list and then delete the empty list.

This warning is Mandatory. It is strongly encouraged to fix this before submitting your document to TNA.

Description

This warning appears if you have two List elements back-to-back, instead of just a single list. See the screenshot below for an example - as you can see, there are ‘List’ tags around the first three items, as well as the last three items.

This issue could arise through copying and pasting a list next to another list, for example.

How to fix

Cut and paste each item from the second list into the first list, by following these steps:

  1. Place your cursor in an Item from the second list then select ‘Item’ from the breadcrumb;

  2. Ctrl + X;

  3. Place your cursor at the end of the first list;

  4. Ctrl + V (the item should appear at the end of the first list);

  5. Repeat for all remaining Items in the second list;

  6. Delete the empty ‘text’ placeholder that remains where the list was.
