Tabling amendments
Parliamentary users can also move ‘submitted’ amendments into a ‘Tabled’ state from the Amendment Manager.
How to table amendments from the Amendment Manager tab
Click on the Amendment Manager tab
Using the check boxes on the left-hand side of each amendment, select the amendments you wish to mark as Tabled - note that these amendments must have the Status ‘submitted’
Click on the 'Amendment Actions' dropdown menu in the top right of the screen and select "Table Amendments"
A confirmation dialog box will appear summarising which amendments will be tabled. Where the selected amendments can’t be tabled, the dialog will contain a list of problematic amendments under the relevant validation rule
Select “Table”
The amendments' Status will change to ‘Tabled’. In the House of Lords, Scottish Parliament, and Northern Ireland Assembly, this will mean they’re eligible for inclusion on official lists.
You can only table amendments in this way if:
the status of all amendments is “Submitted”,
there are no active locks on any amendments, and
none of the selected amendments has a flag set against them
