PDF rendering fails with error message 'Invalid characters (CR/LF) in header Content-Disposition'
Issue description
Sometimes users are unable to generate a PDF of their document and see a warning containing the text Invalid characters (CR/LF) in header Content-Disposition, as in the screenshot below.

This issue occurs if you have a carriage return (i.e., a line break) in the title of your project.
This will not be visible unless you select to edit the title of your project, as in the screenshot below.

It is possible to insert a carriage return in the title when you are creating the project.
This can also occur if you are editing the title of your project and you quickly press Enter repeatedly (the edit field will close and save changes, but a carriage return can ‘sneak in’ before it does).
Either way, it will prevent a PDF being generated.
Workaround
To fix this issue, please do the following:
Go to the project tab for the project;
Next to the title of the project, press the pencil icon to edit (if this is not visible to you, see Cannot edit title below);
Remove any line breaks in the title using backspace (including lines with no text, i.e. after the end of the title);
Press the Save icon in the bottom right of the editing field to save changes;
Attempt to generate a PDF.
Cannot edit title
If you are of a different organisation to the organisation that created the document, then you shouldn’t be able to edit the title.
If this is the case, then you will need to contact someone at the creating organisation and ask them to implement this fix.
