Generating the NI Annotated Marshalled List
The annotated marshalled list is published after the debate has taken place and you have recorded the outcomes into Lawmaker.
How to generate the Annotated Marshalled List
Before you generate the Annotated Marshalled List, you will need to duplicate the Marshalled List and edit it.
Step 1: Duplicate the Marshalled List
Step 2: Update the Marshalled List
Stand part amendments
If you have any stand part amendments, use the stand part outcome buttons (Stand part agreed, Stand part agreed on Division, Stand part negatived, and Stand part negatived on Division)
Selecting these stand part outcomes will ensure the correct decision text is inserted for that stand part motion in the marshalled list
You can change the wording of the decision text using the ‘Decision text’ input field at the bottom of the ‘Amendment Statuses’ right-hand panel in the Editor.
The outcome displayed in the Amendment Manager will map back to “Made” or “Negatived” so that you can filter these motions along with the other amendments and apply them in a batch of ‘made’ / ‘made on division'
If you saved the wrong outcome
You can correct it by clicking on the Manage lifecycle events link at the bottom of the Amendment Statuses right-hand panel. In the Table of events dialog box, delete the incorrect outcome and optionally, add the correct event, being careful to select the correct date and roughly the correct time.
Use this feature with care - Lawmaker’s processes rely on these events being accurate and deleting too many of these statuses could cause unintended consequences e.g. with data on the API, applying amendments etc.
